Noel has spent the last decade serving the Rwandese community. He chaired the Rwandese community in Machester for Seven years, helped to set up NARC-UK and still now, he is serving as the vice-chairman in the Manchester Rwandese community and also in charge of the youth, culture and sport in the previous NARC-UK Committee. Noel will continue to share his experience and dedication with the transitioning committee.
