Born in 1975, Jabo Butera is an avid entrepreneur, and community leader trusted in the South-West part of England where he lives with his wife and four children. He is an independent advisor to Devon and Cornwall Police, policy advisor on the South West Business Council board. Equipped with an LLB law degree, business skills, networking capabilities and community building skills, he is the right person to lead this transition team.
